You will need to be at least 18 years of age with a verifiable income
of 2.5 times the monthly rental amount, complete a rental application
and pay a non refundable credit fee. The management will accept or deny
the application based on information provided to us by the Credit

| | Q How much do you charge for parking? | |
Parking is included in our underground gated parking area. Studio and
one bedroom apartments receive 1 space and 2 bedroom apartments receive
a tandem (double space) | |

Studio and 1 bedroom; $750 security deposit plus 1st months rent. Two bedroom; $1000 security deposit plus 1stmonths rent. | |

The property pays for water, sewage and trash. You are responsible for natural gas and electricity. | |

| | Q What happens if I need to contact someone in an emergency

We have a courtesy patrol that is on site from 9:30 pm to 5:30 am daily. | |
