We have a courtesy patrol that is on site from 9:30pm – 5:30am daily. Additionally, we have resident maintenance and management to address after hours emergency concerns.

The property pays for water, sewage and trash. You are responsible for natural gas, electricity and any television or internet services.

Studio and 1 bedrooms: $1000 security deposit plus 1st month’s rent.

Two bedroom: $1500 security deposit plus 1st month’s rent.

Parking is included in our underground gated parking area. Studio and one bedroom apartments receive 1 space and 2 bedroom apartments receive a tandem (double space). Additional spaces are available for a monthly fee after a waiting period.

You will need to be at least 18 years of age with a verifiable income of 2.5 times the monthly rental amount, complete a rental application and pay a non refundable credit fee. The management will accept or deny the application based on information provided to us bay the Credit Reporting Agency.
